2. How do I apply a DTF transfer?

Follow these simple steps:
1️⃣ Set heat press to 325°F.
2️⃣ Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
3️⃣ Place the transfer on the fabric.
4️⃣ Press for 15 seconds with heavy pressure.
5️⃣ Let the transfer cool, then peel the film.
6️⃣ Cover the design with parchment paper and press again for 15 seconds for durability.

3. Do I need a heat press, or can I use an iron?

A heat press is strongly recommended for best results, as it provides consistent heat and pressure. An iron may not produce even pressure, leading to incomplete adhesion.

4. Can I use DTF transfers on any fabric?

Yes! DTF transfers work on:
✔ Cotton
✔ Polyester
✔ Blends
✔ Spandex, Lycra, and other synthetic fabrics

5. How do I care for garments with DTF transfers?

To extend the life of your prints:
✔ Wash inside out in cold water 🧼
✔ Use mild detergent (avoid bleach) 🚫
✔ Tumble dry low heat or air dry 🌬
✔ DO NOT iron directly on the transfer 🔥🚫

6. What is a DTF gang sheet?

A DTF gang sheet allows you to fit multiple designs onto one large sheet, maximizing your print space and saving money on bulk orders!

7. What file types do you accept?

We accept PNG, PSD, TIFF, PDF, and AI files. Files should be:
✔ 300 DPI or higher for best quality
✔ Transparent background (if needed)

8. Can I order just one transfer?

Yes! We have no minimum order requirements, so you can order one or hundreds – whatever you need!

9. How long does it take to receive my order?

10. Do you accept returns or refunds?

DTF prints are made in CMYK color formatting, while digital screens display RGB colors, which may cause slight color variations. We do not offer refunds for color differences due to screen variations.

12. Why do my transfers have powder or moisture on them?

Powder residue and moisture can occur due to the shipping process. This is normal and will not affect your transfer. To remove moisture, place the transfer back-side up under a heat press for 90 seconds.

13. Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes! Save your design files and simply re-upload them when placing a new order.
